PHI recommends PHII assessment

Former Use: Site was vacant and undeveloped until 1937 when three oil production wells were drilled on the Site. Residential and/or dwelling structures constructed on the Site in 1936 were likely related to the oil production activities. Between 1947 and 1950, eleven oil aboveground storage tanks (ASTs) were constructed on the Site to support oil production activities. In 1980, a fourth oil production well was drilled onsite. Between the years 1993 and 2009, all four oil wells onsite were plugged and abandoned under oversight by California Department of Oil Gas, and Geothermal Resources (DOGGR). The ASTs and associated structures/dwellings were removed sometime between 1972 and 1977. The Site is currently vacant and unoccupied.
