Additional Property Attributes

The Property is a 25.48-acre rectangular shaped set of 22 parcels of land occupied by an approximately 3,500-square foot single story abandoned building and an approximately 11,000 square foot two-story abandoned building, and various concrete structures. The concrete structures consist of a concrete slab, and tank supports. A dirt road runs down the center of the site from the northwestern to the southeastern corner. Existing rail lines run along the southwestern border of the Property. Ingress/egress to the Property is provided on the north by Fronton St., the west by Palm Blvd., the east by 11th St. and the south by C St.

Former Use: The Property was used as a railroad switchyard from approximately 1900 to 1995. The Property was used as a fuel/lubricant storage and distribution operation from approximately 1900 to 2000. Existing St. Louis Brownsville and Mexico Railroad Company rail lines run through the Property.
