Former Use: The site consists of an 0.11 acre parcel of land recorded as Parcel ID No. 3928-18-20-5092 and is zoned as Commercial. The subject site is located near the intersection of East End Avenue and U.S. Highway 158 East in Littleton, North Carolina in a generally residential/commercial setting. The subject site consists of a 1,428 square-foot brick building constructed in the 1940s. The building operated as a 3363 4791 convenience store with gasoline service from the 1940s until approximately 1986. An automotive tire service station was operated on the subject site from 1986 until approximately the mid-2000s. The subject site has been vacant since the mid-2000s. The site is owned by Ed Louis Faulcon.
