Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: This assessment has revealed no evidence of RECs, HRECs, or CRECs in connection with the Site. The consultant completed a non-invasive asbestos inspection that included sampling of drywall, joint compound, plaster, linoleum, ceiling tiles, ceiling surfacing, mastic, glue, grout, pipe wrap and pipe joint wrap. According to the laboratory analysis, four mud fittings located within the basement were determined to contain 30% Chrysotile asbestos. Two of the four fittings appeared to be in good condition and two fittings were observed to be significantlydamaged. The two significantly damaged fittings appear to be residual material from a previous asbestos removal effort. Although not considered a REC, universal waste identified at the Site included approximately 20 mercury thermostats (Westinghouse brand that could not be verified), between 460 and 470 elongated fluorescent light bulbs, approximately 20 large u-shaped fluorescent light bulbs, approximately 21 small u-shaped fluorescent light bulbs and approximately 13 circular fluorescent light bulbs, all of which appeared to be in good condition.
