Additional Property Attributes

The property contains a former City office and vacant garage structure. Historical sources indicate the site preouvsly contained a water tower and operated as the City's water plant. The garage structure historical use included maintenance for the WTP, and in the 1940s as a fire station. Off-site sources of concern incuded nearby historical auto repair and gasoline facilities with no agency records containing assessment data (signficiant data gap). A Phase II ESA completed in 2015 revealed no soil or groundwater impacts above regulatory cleanup criteria in relation to the RECs identified in the Phase I ESA. In addition, a geophysical survey found no indications of subsurface features that warrant additional investigation (does not includes area beneath on-site office structure).
