Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The site is an undeveloped parcel that has been used as a parking lot since the 1950s. However, it is located an area surrounded by industrial development. Dumping on the site of tires, furniture, and metal were observed on the site. A limited Phase II subsurface investigation is recommended to assess the potential for contaminant migration onto the property from adjacent properties. Site had been proposed as a potential location to relocate the highway department, but at this time is not being pursued as such.
