Additional Property Attributes

The propety consists of five parcels (one developed as an active marina with boat repair, and the other four undeveloped/vacant lands used for boat and boat trailer parking). Based on a Phase I ESA prepared per ASTM E1527-13, RECs were identiifed related to the site's extensive history with boat repair and historical issues with the AST containment area. One off-site source was identiifed (former adjacent retail gasoline/auto service facility).
