Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: According to the City of Springfield Assessor�s records, the site has been owned by the City of Springfield since 2010. The site consists of one parcel of land located midway along Hancock Street in the City of Springfield, Hampden County, Massachusetts. The site is currently vacant. The site is improved with one 1,792 square foot cement block/wood joist and beam automotive service garage built in 1920. Historical records indicate that the site was used as an automotive garage and filling station since at least the 1930s. Multiple fill and vent pipes were observed during the site visit, but no UST records were on file with the municipality or state.
