Additional Property Attributes

RECs associated with the property include the industrial use of the property for printing operations. A HREC identified includes a release from a gasoline UST and subsequent soil and groundwater remediation. Phase II assessment included the collection of groundwater samples from existing monitoring wells. Results indicate that residual petroleum constituents exist in the groundwater. Although one constituent is detected at a concentration above the groundwater standard, no regulatory action will occur as this site has already received a No Further Action status. The depth to groundwater removes the risk of a vapor intrusion condition to occur in the future. This site is ready for reuse.

Former Use: The property was first developed for residential purposes from 1890 until 1956. From 1956 until likely 2012 the property was developed with a building used to perform printing operations.
