Additional Property Attributes

Phase I reported a historical REC associated with a UST formerly on the property. Petroleum, PAH, and Lead were detected and reported to MassDEP. Soil cleanup was conducted along with UST removal in 2003. A Class A-2 RAO was submitted to MassDEP in 2009, closing the site with no restrictions on the property.
