Additional Property Attributes

Phase I completed for a group of parcels in the Mattapan Neighborhood in Boston. No RECs identified. Development concept to designate a developer to build pre approved housing designs on the parcels for sale at various affordability rates. RFP for the development was issued and developer selected. 6 affordable and 2 market rate homes completed April 2018. Contaminants detected during preconstruction testing were cleaned up during construction and site closed with Permanent Solution prior to construction completion.
