Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The subject property was built in 1950s or 1960s as a school and was used as such throughout its history. Historical aerials indicate that the property was developed with the school in the early to mid-1960s. The property consists of five buildings that are currently used as a school and gym, which encompass 318,227 square feet. The buildings are brick, wood and metal on concrete slab. The subject property is located on the north side of West Valley Avenue and east side of Butler Street. Surrounding properties consist mostly of wooded, undeveloped property and mixed commercial and residential properties. The school is owned by the Holly Springs School District.
