Additional Property Attributes

The city of Northwood was awarded $100k from the state's Abandoned Gas Station program for additional assessment and cleanup; Phase I identified one REC- former use as a gas station; BUSTR files indicated a previous release to soil at the site Former Use: The site is approximately 0.25 acre in area and consists of four parcels. The site consists of a vacant gasoline station convenience store, fuel pump canopy, and asphalt-paved and landscaped areas. The site was occupied by one residence from at least 1935 to at least 1963. The residence was razed and the site has been developed with a gasoline station since 1970. The gasoline station has been vacant since at least 2006.
