Additional Property Attributes

Limited renovations to the property for warehouse use for Levine & Sons Plumbing Company.

Former Use: Review of historical sources documented the subject property was originally developed in 1951 with the southern portion of the current building. Prior to that time, the property was vacant land. The northern portion of the subject building was constructed in 1985 and 1988. The property was occupied by a machine shop from 1951 to 1973, a distribution warehouse for emergency generators from 1974 to 1980, an electric supply company from 1980 to 2011, and was vacant from 2012 to January 2015.
