Additional Property Attributes

Phase I site assessment conducted for 11 nearby parcels in the Mattapan neighborhood of Boston. One REC identified on one parcel, 14 Hannon St. Illegal parking of fuel delivery trucks documented. Further site assessment on that parcel will be required. The remaining parcels will be sold for residential development in 2015. Development complete on 3 parcels - 8 units of deed restricted affordable housing.

Former Use: All parcels currently vacant. Past history of all parcels appears to be residential or vacant. All parcels acquired by City of Boston through tax foreclosure.
