Additional Property Attributes

Reuse for light industrial purposes. Local non-profit that assists with prisoner re-entry into the community by providing job training and employment opportunities in construction and craftsmanship is expanding on this property and will increase impact in the community.

Former Use: Standard and other historical sources documented that the subject property was originally developed for residential purposes prior to 1895. The current industrial building was constructed on the eastern and central portions in 1913 with additions at various times between 1926 and 1966. Numerous storage buildings were also constructed at various times between 1926 and 1966. The majority of the industrial building (i.e. eastern and central portions) and storage buildings were demolished by 2011. Former occupants of the industrial building include a furniture manufacturer from 1913 until 2011.
