Additional Property Attributes

The site is an 8.9-acre parcel in Bunnell, Flagler County, with 19 buildings on site. Eleven of the buildings on site are used as a business center providing commercial space for individual tenants. The other eight buildings are used as rental self storage units.

Former Use: Based on a review of historical information, the site was undeveloped partially wooded land from prior to 1943 until 2000 when the first buildings were constructed on site. The current site owner is Marvin�s Garden, Inc. The owner of Marvin�s Garden, Inc. is Marvin Sheets. Previous owners are identified as Louis M. and Joy B. Steflik (1958-1999).Tenants of the business center include: a church, a screen printing shop, a coin laundry, a wedding planning business, hair salons, investment services, and similar types of retail businesses.
