Additional Property Attributes

The site was originally intended for development as an industrial park; however, work was never completed and currently serves as a temporary parking and staging area for semi-trucks and trailers. Electric, water, and sewer service and a paved cul-de-sac were installed at the site.

Former Use: Based on a review of the historical information, the site was undeveloped wooded land prior to 1970 when a portion of the site was cleared. Prior to 1999 a man-made pond was constructed, which encompasses a portion of the site. Prior to 2005 a paved cul-de-sac was constructed. The site has been used as a semi-truck parking area since. The current site owner is TMS Enterprises of Central Florida, Inc. The previous owner was Lewis E. Wadsworth, III.
