Additional Property Attributes

Residential property located in the heart of downtown Bunnell which has been developed since as early as 1914. The current owner began renovations on the residential building; however, reconstruction does not appear to have begun and the interior of the building remains unfinished.

Former Use: The site comprises approximately 0.24-acres of land with a vacant, partially gutted apartment building. The site has been developed since prior to 1926. Newspaper accounts indicate that the site was occupied by the Bunnell Hotel as early as May 1914. Historically, facilities that utilized hazardous substances (gasoline stations and car repair shops) have been located adjacent to the site to the northeast since the 1950s. The current site owner is Carriage Apartments, Inc. The prior site owner was Jeffrey Carrasco (2006-2008).
