Additional Property Attributes

The site is located in proximity to the Flagler hospital, Flagler County Airport and I-95. The site is vacant office building (8,993 square feet). The building contains office space administrative offices, storage closets and a small warehouse. A paved parking area is located along the north, east and south sides of the office building.

Former Use: The site is developed with a vacant commercial office building. The site was undeveloped wooded land from prior to 1943 until 1992 when the existing building was constructed. The current property owner is Paul Kerouac, president of Cox Corporate Services Inc. (Cox). Previous owners identified include News Journal Corporation (1992-2010).
