Additional Property Attributes

The total size of this property is 70 acres, however only a 20 acre portion was included in the Phase I ESA. The 70 acres includes property once owned by four different mining properties. The properties have never been developed for any other use. (PPF attached to QR 5, 10/1/05-12/31/05)

Former Use: The property included in the Environmental Site Assessment is the former Cyclops Mine Property. The mine was an open pit near the surface and underground mining of deeper deposits. The city of Norway acquired the property from Keneenaw Land Company in the late 1980s. (PPF attached to QR 5, 10/1/05-12/31/05)
