Additional Property Attributes

The .45 acre property is currently developed with a 10,420 square foot building. The subject property was used for agricultural purposes until it was first developed with the current single-story building located at the site in the 1940s. Historic records indicate the property has been used for various light industrial operations since its original development. Although specific details associated with the operations of several of the historic tenants listed for the site are not available, the records reviewed (i.e., aerial photographs, city directories, township records, and field reconnaissance observations) suggest these former tenants were of the general manufacturing type. The historic sources and field observations do not suggest heavy industrial use such as the use or storage of large quantities of hazardous substances, fueling operations or the generation of waste. In addition, the aerial photographs show no evidence of outdoor storage or indications of fill material at the subject property since at least the late 1930s to the present.
