Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The property was previously used as a coal and grain storage and retail facility for the local community. The property has been vacant for several years and may contain soil contamination with respect to coal ash. The property was in operation when coal was a popular residential heating fuel. The coal was brought in by railroad car in the early days and potential ground contamination may exist in the areas in which coal was stored.
