JCNI is looking to acquire this property so that it can be included in its master development and creation of a new Town Center in southeast San Diego

Former Use: The site consists of two parcels totaling approximately one acre, located on the northeast corner of the intersection of Market Street and 47th Street, in San Diego, California. Based on the historical records and interviews, the current site buildings were constructed in 1956. According to city directory records, former site businesses of potential environmental concern include a gas station and auto repair facility (4702 Market Street) listed from 1961 to 2013 and a cleaners/coin laundry (4704 Market Street), listed from 1970 to 1989. According to DEH records, one address for the site, 4702 Market Street has a closed unauthorized release case.
