Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The site was vacant and/or undeveloped until approximately 1961. The western portion of the property (5125 Market Street) was developed in 1961 with Euclid Lumber Co. Inc, until approximately 2001. According to building permits, the structure at 5125 Market Street was demolished in 2002. Based on aerial photograph review, the western portion of the site was still used for unknown storage in 2005. According to city directory information, a thrift store was located on the western portion of the site in 1992. The eastern portion of the site has been vacant since at least 1953; however, petroleum hydrocarbon-impacted soil has reportedly been stored and/or buried on the eastern portion of the site.
