Current WDNR LUST case involved removal of waste oil tank and impacted soil. No institutional controls were required as a part of the LUST case. The LUST case remains open waiting for closure fees to be paid by land owner. Property is tax currently tax delinquent. Asbestos containing materials were found in building materials in the two buildings occurring on the parcels.

Additional Property Attributes

Property was the site of a former car dealership building (6000 sq ft) and a bakery building (2700 sq ft.) . A LUST case associated with a former waste oil tank remains open on the north parcel of the property, awaiting payment of closure fees. The parcels of the collective property are currently tax delinquent. No further RECs beyond the existing LUST case were identified in conjunction with Phase I ESA being completed on the property. Asbestos was confirmed in building materials of the two buildings present on the property.
