Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: A parcel of land situated in the Village of Peshawbestown, Leelanau County, Michigan. The Southeast � of the Northwest � off of E. McKeese Road, in Section 10, Township 30 North, Range 11 West. Previously owned by H.M. Wransky Trust & E.R. Lind Trust. The 40 acres is vacant and consists of woods (upland and lowland hardwoods), Bellanger�s Creek, and wetlands. This land has not been lumbered for about 12 to 15 years and the uses seem to have been limited to recreation and maple syrup. The current use of this property is hunting, hiking, gathering medicinal plants, and berry picking.
