Property Highlights

Former Use: The site has a long history of commercial use, including a dry cleaner business. A 1907 Sanborn map indicates a barber and crockery store as the earliest documented occupants of the property. By 1922, dry cleaning operations were present at the site. According to the Sanborn fire insurance maps, the northwestern portion of the site, at the back of the building, was the location of the washing activities. Dry cleaning continued on the site until 1969. Since 1979, various short-term office and retail-use tenants have occupied the site. The site is currently owned by the Mount McLoughlin Group, LLC.
