Additional Property Attributes

This phase is part of the overall Mason Run residential redevelopment project. It is part of a larger 45 acres parcel that has been cleaned up and redeveloped is phases beginning in 1999. Residential construction beganed in 2000.

Former Use: Nursey 1850-1916. Consol. Pack Corp 1920-1980 (mfg of corrug cardbrd boxes) & storage for the plants coal. Ps 6 parcel removal of gasoline UST in 1980 left contaminant soil.
