Additional Property Attributes

The property is developed with a light-industrial building. Reeevelopment will include an interior remodel of all units, parking lot improvements, exterior fa�e painting, electrical retrofit to energy-efficient lighting, and the replacement of the plumbing.

Former Use: Standard and historical sources documented that the subject property was originally developed prior to 1940 with agricultural fields. Agricultural activities ceased between 1964 and 1972, and the property was vacant land until the construction of the current building in 1978. The building was occupied by various commercial businesses, contractors, warehouses, various light industrial companies, and/or a car detailing company from at least 1982 to 2014; and the property has been vacant since 2014.
