Additional Property Attributes

The Union City Brownfield Coalition intends to support the planned purchase and redevelopment of the Property for commercial purpose.

Former Use: The Property consisted of approximately 2,850 square feet of land developed with an approximately 2,850 square foot, two story commercial business building. The Property was located in a mixed-use area of downtown Union City. Based on a review of available records during our May 2015, Phase I Environmental Site Assessment (ESA), the Property was developed with a mixed commercial storefront structure circa 1885 and has been used as such until the present day. Tenants during this time included a bank, 5 and dime store, saloon, grocery, Ohio Power Co, Indiana & Michigan Power, Victory Baptist Church, USA Recruiting Station, City Caf�Lee�s Video Rental, and Sun City tanning.
