The Subject Site is currently owned by Brayco, LLC and operated historically from at least the mid-1950s as a travel trailer and mobile home manufacturing company (Elcar Coach Company); a wiring harness & manufacturing company (Burcliff Industries -- Wireflex Div.; & Wire Technologies, Inc.); and a foundry core manufacturing company (Shells, Inc. -- current use).
