Former Use: The Subject Site is described as consisting of two (2) parcels of land identified as: # 50-32-93-402-284.000-019 and # 50-32-93-402-286.000-019 totaling approximately 3.36 acres of land that is situated in Section 93, T33N, R2E, Center Township, in the City of Plymouth, Marshall County, Indiana. A commercial property with a rail corridor beyond adjoins the Subject Site to the north; a municipal water treatment plant with agricultural land beyond adjoins to the east; Ledyard Street with agricultural and residential land beyond adjoins to the south; and Dickman Street with residential land beyond adjoins to the west. The Subject Site is currently owned by the Michael & Kristina Strang Trust and operated historically as a wagon manufacturing company, a flexible automotive driveshaft & speedometer cable manufacturer, a seed & feed manufacturer, a warehouse for breading products and pneumatic tools, and a civil engineering office.
