Renovations and exterior improvements are planned to create a modern commercial building ready for sale/lease.

Former Use: The subject property consists of one parcel containing a 1,260 square foot restaurant building. Review of historical sources documents the subject property was originally developed for residential purposes prior to 1895. The property was redeveloped for commercial purposes in 1929, which included the construction of a commercial building in the southeastern portion. The original commercial building was demolished by 1954 and the property as redeveloped with the current building. Former occupants included various gasoline service stations from at least 1924 until 1974. The property has been occupied by various restaurants since the mid-1970s.
