Additional Property Attributes

The property consists of a 1,568 square foot building. The Phase I ESA and Phase II investigations were used to obtain a NFA letter from IDEM in December 2015. The NFA letter assisted in the sale of the property in February 2016.

Former Use: The property consists of a 1,568 square foot building. The current owner is Hartings Realty, LLC. The property was operated as Hoffman Motors from the early 1950s to 1990. Weisheits Standard Service also operated on the property in 1954. Past uses included a gasoline station and automotive service shop. Two underground tanks were closed (filled-in place) in 1990. Other prior ownership includes Trackside Tanning, Inc. (1998-2003) and Island Tropix Plus, Inc. (2003 to 2016). IDEM issued a NFA letter in December 2015 for the property.
