Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The property was undeveloped until the early 1900s. The Property was developed with the current structures between 1910and the early 1920s. The facility was a can and pail manufacturer from the early 1900s until the 1950s. Perry & Derrick acquired the Property and began paint manufacture and distribution in 1958. From the 1970s until 2003, it was used only for paint blending. The Property was acquired from Perry & Derrick in 2003 by Jets Realty and in 2010 purchased at a Sherriff�s auction by Norwood Dreams LLC. The US EPA completed a removal action in 2011 to remove chemicals left behind when the Property was vacated. The Property has been vacant since that 2010.
