Additional Property Attributes

The property will continue to be operated, more or less, as is. Support for the project will retain jobs an ensure that the property is not abandoned in the future. (PPF attached to QR 5, 10/1/05-12/31/05)

Former Use: The property was used as a gasoline station and automotive repair operation since circa 1930 until the mid-1980s. Beginning in 1988, the property has been solely for automotive repair operations. The site will continue to be used as such. The historical property owner is 810 Lansing, Inc. (Mr. Roland Benson, Jr.) who acquired the property from ALberty Perry. Previous owners also included Bob Parott and Amoco.
