Additional Property Attributes

The Yurok Tribal Police and other agencies investigated the Subject Property with overflights that included aerial surveillance. Their reconnaissance provided sufficient evidence of illegal marijuana growing operations to support warrants for enforcement actions that were taken. 237 marijuana plants were eradicated on the property. A developed spring was present above the growing area and was probably used as the irrigation source. The general area is approximately 1,000 feet above mean sea level and other than the cleared growing sites are a mix of old-growth redwood and Douglas fir with natural prairies.
