Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: Based on a review of Sanborn fire Insurance maps and historic aerial photographs, as well as a previous Phase I ESA, the Property has seen various uses including several residential dwellings and commercial business. A credit union, box company, telephone company, carpentry shop, delivery business, creamery, beer storage facility, and two gas stations have occupied the site. Currently the site is owned by Neenah Foundry Corp and used as a parking lot for its semi-trailers.
