Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The Property was developed in the early 1900s as a lumber yard with subsequent land use including a railroad spur, garage and painting building, blacksmith and fur storage building, hide and fur warehouse with a gasoline underground storage tank (UST), animal hide tanning and a steel and iron scrap yard. The Property is occupied by a two-story 2,000 square-foot (sf) retail building with basement currently used as a collectables outlet and a 5,673 sf slab-on-grade warehouse currently occupied by Creative Concrete. The buildings were constructed in 1938. Review of historical records depicted the adjacent property use to the north as a former filling station with three gasoline USTs and the property to the east as an oil storage facility with painting operations, six aboveground storage tanks (ASTs) used for the storage of petroleum products and a gasoline UST. The Property maintenance staff indicated that lead-acid batteries were once reclaimed on the southwestern portion of the Property.
