Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: This Site has been historically utilized as a filling station and automotive repair shop. The underground storage tanks (UST) associated with the Old Taylor Convenience Store are still present. It is suspected that the USTs associated with the former on-site filling station identified in the 1945 Sanborn map are still present as there are no records of these USTs being removed. The tanks were removed in 2016 and ongoing investigation is pending. The redevelopment plans have not been discussed. The site is not in the LPST program for additional remediation.
