Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The subject property is approximately 0.12 acres and comprised of a two-story vacant brick building located in the Historic Downtown district of Tallahassee, Florida. The building interior has been stripped of all interior fixtures, plumbing, stairwells, including the second floor. The interior walls are shored with large wooden beams. All windows were removed and replaced with plywood. In 2006, the previous owner (Grace Dansby) deeded the property to the TMH Foundation with the intent that the proceeds would be donated to the hospital.
