Additional Property Attributes

The Phase I ESA identified RECs with the former use of the site as an automotive service facility and junkyard. Off-site concerns included an adjacent former service station and adjacent comercial businesses.

Former Use: Historically, the site consisted of vacant land and Rush Creek from at least 1942 until the mid-1960s, when an automotive service facility and a junk yard were constructed on the western portion of the site and a single-family residence was constructed on the southern portion of the site. By the mid-1970s, the on-site residence was demolished and by the mid-1990s, the junk yard was down sized and the vegetation in the area of Rush Creek was cleared. By 2004, the automotive service building was demolished and the junk yard operations had ceased.
