Additional Property Attributes

According to Mr. Jim Bosley, President and CEO of New Hope Services, Inc., the property has been unoccupied since closing in 2014. Mr. Bosley mentioned that past uses of the property include a dry-cleaning business and a gasoline station. Mr. Bosley mentioned that the gasoline station transitioned to a drycleaner in the 1960s or 1970s. According to Mr. Bosley, it is possible that USTs are present beneath the property based on past uses associated with a drycleaner and gasoline station. Mr. Bosley mentioned that the lot east of the building was used by the auto repair shop (south adjacent property) to store automobiles.
