Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The Site is currently undeveloped and is part of several grass-covered parcels of open land between Central and Morris Streets and is entirely unpaved and contains no structures or buildings. The Site has no current use and was last used for commercial purposes. The two parcels -0017 and -0019 which comprise the Site are privately owned by Joseph A. Cirelli of Agawam, Massachusetts. The Site was last used as the headquarters for a heating oil delivery company and administrative operations center from 1981 until 2001). Several dwellings and a horse boarding stable were located on the property between the late 1800s and early 1900s. By 1931, a steam laundry facility was located on the western parcel (-0017). By 1950, an office was operating out of one of the former dwellings on the eastern parcel (-0019). The site was vacant by 1963 and the old structures were demolished soon thereafter. In 1971, a new warehouse and office building was constructed on the Site. Between 1992 and 2008, the site was occupied by Cirelli Incorporated Fuel Oil, Henry�s Auto Clinic, and/or Cosimo Oil Company. The building and the parking lots were present at the Site until demolition/removal in 2011. The property has remained undeveloped since 2011.
