Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The site formerly operated a concrete batch plant from the 1980s to approximately 2005. Site operations included mixing concrete including ready-mix and receiving aggregates. Several structures formerly existed onsite including two storage silos, a washdown area, and a fuel station. Four USTs and an AST formerly operated onsite next to the garage.
