Additional Property Attributes

The development calls for keeping the site in auto-repair, but modernizing the facility.

Former Use: A Shell service station occupied the site from 1964-1971, and from 1987 to 1995 it was listed as Gruenberg's service center. A LUST site was opened with the WDNR in 1997 and closed with residual soil and groundwater contamination (petroleum) in 2004.
