Former Use: The subject property consists of two parcels identified as 599 S. Gila Street and 790 S. Gila Street located in the Northwest � of the Southwest �, Section 22, Township 8 South, Range 23 West, in the City of Yuma, Yuma County, Arizona. Each parcel measures approximately one acre. The 599 Gila Street property is currently being leased. The storage building located in the southwest portion of 599 Gila Street is used for storage of household items he has obtained at estate sales. The exterior portion of 599 Gila Street is used for vehicle and miscellaneous storage. At the time of the site visit, portions of five cars and two trailers were stored on the concrete portion of the property. Tires and other misceBased upon historical research, the 599 Gila Street portion of the subject property was occupied by Anaheim Citrus Produce during the 1970s and 1980s.
