Additional Property Attributes

Initial discussion and findings with OCC PSTD concerning apparent UST issue. OCC issued confirmed release #064-3962. Initial Site Characterization Report submitted and approved by OCC. Remedial Action included removal of contaminated subsurface material during construction phase of development project.

Former Use: The site was historically a parking garage building, with USTs that were removed at an unknown date. At time of program entry, the site was vacant and scheduled for demolition. Some contaminated soil from a UST release remained and the developer wanted to remove it.
