Additional Property Attributes

In 2015, City's Brownfield Program completed a Phase I Environmental Site Assessment (ESA) at the property after previous ESAs identified recognized environmental conditions. With the updated Phase I ESA complete, the property changed ownership for $2.3 million (according to County property records). Building permit applications indicate around $4 million in renovations have been done to the property's existing commercial building but the wooded 5-acre section of the property remains undeveloped. New tenants in the commercial building include a private gym, salon, church and farm-to-table restaurant.

Former Use: The site is six (6) acres, including one acre with an existing commercial building constructed in 2008, and five acres that are wooded. Former gas station on site.
